How to brew

Temperature: 80 °C

Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl to remove any clumps. Add 2 ounces of hot water (approximately 175°F/80°C). Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion using a bamboo whisk until a frothy layer forms on the surface. Enjoy immediately as is, or add more water/milk to taste.

Make a base of matcha in a small amount of hot water, then dissolve it and keep it for an iced matcha latte, add it in smoothies, baked goods, and desserts cans and store in an airtight container at cool/dark place or in the fridge to prolong freshness and bright green color.
