What is your minimum order quantity?
500 units for finished retail formats — pyramid teabags, pouches and tins — or 25 kg for bulk powders and extracts. Gift sets start at 250. We keep MOQs flexible for first-time brand partners, so tell us where you are and we'll work with it.
Do samples cost anything?
A sample kit of our catalogue products costs ₹299, including delivery in India. Custom formulations developed to your brief carry a development charge, which we adjust against your first production order.
How long from brief to delivery?
Sample in 5–10 days, then 3–4 weeks of production from the moment you approve it. Custom formulation adds about 10 days at the start. We hold these timelines because everything runs in our own facility — nothing is subcontracted.
Can you handle export paperwork?
Yes. We ship to buyers in the USA and Canada and handle phytosanitary certificates, CoA, HPLC reports and customs documentation in-house. Tell us the destination market early — some claims and label formats have to change for it.
Do you make the packaging too?
We run the filling and sealing lines and source the packaging material. You supply the artwork, or we can put you in touch with designers we've worked with. Either way the finished carton leaves here retail-ready.
Can we visit the facility?
Yes, and serious buyers usually do. Give us a few days' notice so the right people are on site. If you can't travel, we'll do a live walkthrough over video instead.
